An existing paver deck may conceal concrete, separate footings or unsuitable conditions. Foundation and anchorage requirements must be established for the actual design.
Coordinate the roof and house connection
Hip-roof and other configurations are reviewed around the house, available height and attachment details. Super gutters, drainage and access for maintenance belong in the same conversation.
Put the scope in writing
Screen options, finish, doors, preparation, engineering and permit coordination should be identified before construction. Site-specific design governs; generic pictures are not structural plans.
