A CLEAR PATH FROM IDEA TO SCOPE

No guessing about
what comes next.

Start with a conversation. Then we look at the property, the existing conditions and the work that actually needs to be done.

Tell us about your project
  1. Tell us what you need

Share the address, a few photos and whether you are planning new construction, replacing screens or repairing damage.

  2. Review the existing conditions

Deck and foundation, house attachment, roof shape, access and drainage can all affect the scope.

  3. Get a written plan for the work

We identify inclusions, exclusions and any required design or permit coordination before moving forward.

LOCAL FOCUS. ROOM TO GROW.

Starting in Tampa Bay.

Our initial focus is Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. Outside these areas? Contact RFH to discuss your location before scheduling. Availability outside Tampa Bay is reviewed project by project.

BEFORE WE VISIT

A few helpful answers.

Can you repair an enclosure instead of replacing it?

Possibly. The frame, anchors, connections and extent of damage determine whether a targeted repair or rescreening makes sense. Photos help us start the conversation; they are not a structural inspection.

Can an enclosure be installed over my existing pavers?

The paving surface alone does not establish that a suitable foundation exists. We review the underlying concrete and proposed anchorage; engineering or further investigation may be needed.

Do you handle permit and engineering coordination?

RFH coordinates the project requirements identified for your scope. Any required engineering, permit fees, inspections and related services are defined in the written proposal. Approval is determined by the reviewing authority.

What should I send for an estimate?

Send the property address, photos of all sides, approximate width and length, the house connection and any visible damage. Existing surveys, plans or permit records are helpful if available.
