01

Coordinate with other backyard work

If a pool, deck extension or patio renovation is also planned, tell us early. Sequence and finished elevations can influence the enclosure layout and connections.

02

Check community requirements separately

If your property has an association or architectural review process, share those documents. Private community approval and governmental review are separate steps; one does not substitute for the other.

03

Leave room to maintain the home

Screen doors, equipment access, roof-edge maintenance and drainage should be part of the layout. A useful enclosure needs to function after installation, not just look good on a drawing.

04

Share the starting conditions

For new work, send a survey and deck photos. For repairs, include damaged areas and the surrounding frame. RFH reviews the address and scope before confirming scheduling and coverage.

Let’s look at your project.

A clear address, a few photos and a conversation are the right place to start.
